In this episode I would like to share what I learned at kodansha seminar by Kato sensei (8-dan) from New York. Thanks to Inoshita sensei and Cleveland Kendo Association to make this happen!!
One more thing I remember after having made this podcast.
- Tuck your chin in as if you are receiving tsuki. The back of your neck should be straight and do not stick out your chin forward.
- Don’t forget to have tsuki-kokoro (execute your seme as if you are going for tsuki)
