Episode 57: Naikan...What Kendo Gives Us?

In this episode, I would like to share what we call Naikan. I think after all this is the point we seem to come back to. I also notice that this is not something everyone wants. The funny thing is kendo has multiple dimensions and we might not necessarily be able to see all of them 🙂 The next episode will be done with a totally different tone. It is about fun and kendo.
